Saw some jumpers on Instagram and ordered from Not Just on Christmas Eve. They were dispatched for a delivery 30th with dpd. They never arrived. Contacted cust services and was told they would track and get back to me. They didn’t I had to chase them again. They said the parcel was lost and would I like a replacement. I said yes and confirmed address. Heard nothing again. Gave up and requested a refund that only got actioned when I raised a dispute with PayPal. Refund received

I ordered a product on Dec 23, 2022. My credit card was charged. It is January 16, 2023, and the item has not shipped yet. I emailed their support team, and was contacted straight away. Then team informed me that my product was on the way, and should be delivered the next day. I appreciate the quick response.
