American Association of Notaries Tracking Order Status

This company managed to make a relatively easy process ridiculously complicated and confusing. I’ve been waiting far too long for my notary supplies, when I contact them I get the same email over and over with instructions on how to file the the paperwork with the sec of state… problem is I need the stamp they won’t send in order to file the paperwork. This morning I went to the sec of states office ( major pain in the rear) they told me the company doesn’t know what they’re doing told me how to handle it. Save yourself a lot of frustration and go with another company for your supplies.
