Their return policy is one of the best. I order online, and the item I don’t like or fit me , I return them to the store. They deliver the order quite fast.

The Rack in Woodland Hills has improved. Still not great but improved due to better leaderhip. Sergio, Malcolm, and the male manager, whose name I forget, are superb. What a team! All three care about servicing the client. Yep, three great guys who left a favorable impression February 22 (transaction 9109) at 12:46p. Sergio checked the balance on the gift card b/4 I shopped, and Malcolm helped with the purchase. Teamwork with a manager who respects his co-workers. Amazing! Five stars!

I love Nordstrom‘s rack. I love the deals. I love the shoes. I love the clothes. My biggest complaint is their music. Why do they insist on having teenage type music? Do they not know that there are older shoppers that don’t enjoy that loud banging music. Please stop. It makes me not want to shop and I spend a lot of money at Nordstrom’s rack.

I wish gift card entry was easier when checking out. I take full responsibility for not looking more into this, but the 4 digits o/s of the scratch bar are also included when entering the number. Can a small dialog box be added to the form? I am not the brightest bulb in the chandelier I know, but I wish it was more obvious.
