I do like a lot the quality and the design of the watches that you are producing. Extremely critical it was the best offer of 70% discount off the normal price. So, for me it was the best order.

Produkte sind gut. Lieferzeiten auch. Rückgabe Regelung sehr streng bzw. nicht üblich (9€ Bearbeitungsgebühr + Versand). Günstige Artikel machen somit keinen Sinn rückverschickt zu werden. Dies muss bewusst sein.

I bought a watch from Nordgreen that fairly quickly turned out to be defective in 3 ways. Not good. But they were honourable enough to replace it, since it was covered by the warranty. I am wearing the replacement watch and hope this one will not have problems. The design team is obviously good, but I'm less confident about the manufacture.
