NOMO Tracking Order Status

I didn't realize Nomo had their own website - I usually buy via ebay shops, Holland & Barret or supermarkets - so when I saw the Facebook link I was intrigued. Before I knew it, I was signed up, had placed a £40 order for advent Caramel Calendars (just £5.85 when they're retailing for £20 elsewhere) boxes of 24 Fruit & Crunch bars which usually cost £20 yet I got for just £12.99 and a Mixed Advent Calendar for £2.60 when it's usually £9.99 in shops, all with fast free delivery. You also get points per order so I will be back and have already posted on fb sharing my finds and their current offers for others to enjoy. I could not be more delighted at the efficiency, the products I know and love and the outstanding value for money, it's just brilliant. I'd highly recommend Nomo to anyone who adores rich, creamy chocolate and especially anyone who's vegan, has dietary requirements or just prefers cruelty free chocolate.

Three stars for offering free from chocolate, but I ordered for next day delivery on Saturday and accepted that they might not work weekends so I waited for Monday, then Tuesday… and now Wednesday and nothing has shipped. If you are buying for a birthday party like me, please buy a month or two before you need your order to be on the safe side rather than a week before like I did.

Horrific customer service. Item was removed from order and refunded without explanation and no option to cancel the order. Phoned the sales team 6 times with no answer and received no response to emails. Worst shopping experience in recent memory.

This is the closest to "regular" chocolate that I've ever tasted in a dairy free / vegan chocolate. They keep adding more products and even had Easter eggs at that time of year. Will definitely buy again
