Nokair Tracking Order Status

Unfortunately I have to complaint about a different subject. I had reviewed Nok Air for wheel chair assistance as very good however this is about a cancelled flight by them & so far no refund. I had flights booked from Chiang Mai to Mae Hon Son in February around 7,000 Thai baht. Nok Cancelled these flights on December 3rd & was told that I would be refunded within 45 business days. Almost immediately part of the deal was Insurance this was refunded immediately no question but by the Insurance Company not Nok Air. As I write today February 27th no refund from NOK Air after chasing them with my Bank SCB I was told that they paid this refund on January 19th but it would take a further 60 days to show in my account. Absolutely disgraceful how do they get away with this.

The crew was friendly and accommodating. The website is poorly designed and difficult to navigate. No way to contact customer service. Checked in a day before flight from bkk to chang mai and picked seats. Upon arriving at ticket counter to check in they had no record of our assigned seats. Security at don mueang was a breeze, carry on baggage wasn't a hassle and my motorcycle helmet was not a problem as a carry on.

I published a review a few days ago on how badly we were treated by Air Asia regarding the need for a wheel chair for my wife. Now I wish to publish a review for NOK AIR on how good they were in this particular instance. This was our first ever flight with NOK AIR. On check in the young lady already was aware that we needed the wheel chair, she also moved us from row 6 to row 4 closer to the boarding door cabin staff were on the ball both ways. On arrival Bangkok a wheel chair was ready with a Nok Air guy to assist, he took us all the way from the Aircraft to Air Asia check in for our next flight. Then our problems began with Air Asia. Assistance with Nok Air was second to none both ways. Thank you

the staff were kind and very helpfull smiling as happy crew is a good crew people are happy on board pilot was excellent slight delay on arrival waiting for ramp to unload customers all done with professionals the pilot told us a slight delay on after landingwaiting for ramp to dissembark all service was excellent and done very well i was impressed withthe staff they all friendly and nice makes people more comforable very happy with nko air i will fly again with them 5 stars nok air good job ..

Really nice young company with the wifi on the board and smiling staff.
