Negativ - Kundenservice per Chat unhilfreich, man geht wieder und wieder in Schlaufen, die Probleme (Artikel nicht geliefert und konnten nicht wieder geschickt werden, nur bei Neubestellung, was ich nicht wollte weil manche Artikel ausverkauft waren) konnten sie nicht lösen und haben als Entschädigung nur wieder und wieder einen 15% Gutschein angeboten, was schlechter war als die aktuelle 22% Rabatt Aktion, da er auch sogar nicht für reduzierte Artikel verwendbar war, und die aktuelle Aktion doch. Positiv: tolle Auswahl, gute Webseite und Bilder, einfache 100 Tage Rückgabe

My first time ordering from Noisy May and what a disappointment. I ordered two pairs of their wide leg denim jeans - size 16 and size 18. I am a UK size 14, but was advised to size up. So, I couldn't get the size 18 on!! I measured the waist to discover that it was 30". I checked the website and it states a size 18 is 32" (still not correct, a UK size 18 is 38"). I had also ordered a size 14 from another brand and they fitted perfectly. The waist size was 34". I don't know who designs for Noisy May, but they are totally out of touch with the female form and female sizing - it is shocking! At £34.99 a pair I expected them to fit me, at the least. So, first purchase and last purchase. I will be sticking with my usual jeans - having been around for nearly 100 years they actually know what a size 14 female body looks like!

Hallo, ich hab vor 2 Tage was für meine Frau bestellt. Ich hab nicht mahl ein Bestätigung e-mail bekommen. Ich hab an das Kundendienst geschrieben, leider auch kein Antwort. UPDATE: Die bestellung ist eingetrofen. Die Jacke ist wie beschrieben und die Qualität ist auch super. Leider lass ich meine bewertung nur mit 4 Sterne da ich auch biss heut zu tage kein Bestätigung bekommen habe. Auch zu meinen Ticket wurde nicht geantwortet. Nur hie sehe ich gab es eine reaktion.

I contacted customer service to inform them that are packaged I ordered didn’t arrive. I was informed that the order from noisy may got cancelled, without my knowledge. The items was no longer in stock. They could offer me 10% on my next order. 10% is what they offer if you join their newsletter, I do not think that’s the right compensation in this situation. The order was supposed to be a Christmas present, and now I am without a present on Christmas Day for my daughter. After discussing the 10% twice, and mentioning I would make a bad review, they offered the next time I would order from them I could now get 20 % off.

Hallo, ich habe ebenfalls vor über 4 Wochen eine Retoure zurück gesendet, aus welcher alle 4 bestellten Artikel zurückgesendet, jedoch nur 3 Stk Artikel wieder gut geschrieben wurden. Ich habe bereits drei mal versucht mit dem Kundenservice Kontakt aufzunehmen, bis heute leider ohne Antwort!! Nach so langer Zeit kann man mittlerweile mit einer Antwort rechnen! Ich Zweifel tatsächlich mittlerweile an diesem Onlineshop! Grüße Heidi Kley
