No-IP Tracking Order Status

Jose got back to me really quickly and was super helpful with my 2FA issue, even on a Saturday! Thanks to him, it was all sorted out within a few hours.

Received prompt response from my support request and it was fixed on the first response.

First I have to say your company needs to simplify (the websight and description of) your services to be able to be understood by a customer who has the need(for your services) but doesn't know exactly what (how your service works) or how to utilize No-IP. I know what I needed but was very confused between your online services and description of them.i ordered 2 different services and was lost on how or what exactly it did. It seemed like I needed them both but they almost did the same but the cost was a huge difference. So I cancelled them both that needs to be addressed as well. I tried on multiple platforms to cancel that seemed to be impossible to do almost seemed by design which never fits well . Just made me never want to deal with No IP again until Jose B message me back and with great professionalism and a quick response to my issues resolved it. Because of these things I would give No-Ip a second chance when I get more educated on what and hows these services work but it would be a lot easier if No IP explained it better in their website Thank you, Richard B.
