NOBULL Tracking Order Status

Had a minor issues with a pair of Nobull Trainers ten months after purchase. I contacted their customer support team (Noel and then Anne) on their website and they resolved my issue immediately. Customer support were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Also, the trainers are fantastic. I would highly recommend.

Not only is the ordered shoe the most comfortable trainer I ever had, it has a cool design and the delivery only took 7 days ( from order to arrival) from UK to Switzerland. I also appreciate that the colours for women shoes differ from other famous brands: finally bright and strong colours for women.

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes. They looked really cool but I had to return them because they weren't quite wide or long enough ( I ordered an EU47, they seemed more like a 45 to me). The returns process couldn't have been easier and the refund was processed almost immediately.

Be aware...they do NOT automatically issue your refund even after they physically get the items back. I had to call after 10 business days to find out that they do the refunding manually and that they were very busy(!)...so sorry for the inconvenience. So, if you send something back...make sure you get your money back!
