Nisbets (IE) Tracking Order Status

Avoid at all costs! I ordered tables for my new food business. Knowing that sometime there are delays i order in November almost 3 months prior to opening. Nisbets website did state that there was 3 - 4 week fulfillment more like 3 - 4 months. I still have not had my order fulfilled. I contacted customer services several times a week in the lead up to our opening and was all was told them same lies they are being dispatched from the UK and will be with you in 2 weeks. I was told this mid January, beginning of feb and now March. New businesses DO NOT RELY on this company thankfully we were able to find some other tables at short notice so that we could get our doors open.

Ordered items, some were poor quality and so arranged a return for the following day, labelled the box and waited 3 days for collection. When I called them to enquire about my refund they told me that I will not get a refund until the box is back at their warehouse. I tried to explain that the box will be left outside the house as I need to go away after 3 days of waiting. I was informed, its my risk if the box does not get returned. I will not deal with them again.

Please look at improving the website. A couple of times I have ordered elsewhere because the website took so long to load and/or kept crashing

Avoid Avoid Avoid .. Dealing with a girl on email getting measurements of fridge, after I got measurements I went to order the next day but fridge went up over €100 in price …. They would do nothing to help or match the price of the previous day . Terrible service
