I read all the reviews below but then decided to order anyway as they offered the cheapest price by far after discount codes and it’s a straightforward order (a blender) with no installation - the item arrived next day as advertised and I’m very happy with the purchase. Recommended.

Based on my experiences with NISBETS, I can’t rate them any higher than a 3star business. Their failure to acknowledge that by using Parcelforce they are providing a substandard service to customers. Parcelforce give no ability to customers to leave instruction of how to deliver the item, for example: my site is a multi vendor site, with many places to hand our parcels into, it also have many holes in which parcels can be left safely. Because of their outdated and tiresome system I am unable to communicate this to the driver (unlike delivery providers such as DPD) Out of my past 5 deliveries from my various companies I don’t think a single one has turned up on time or not been lost in their system. I would rather pay a little extra for delivery and have a better delivery provider rather than use the bottom of the barrel in terms of delivery providers. I know, this review seems to be more of a reflection on Parcelforce than NISBETS, and in some ways it is, but when you give your customers no other alternative what can you do but to moan about the people who contract them in the first place. My advice, catch up with the times and go with a provider who gives the power back to the customer.

Products are dispatched quickly and were delivered next day on standard delivery. Been using their centre feed roll (Blue roll) for about a year now. It’s a good quality product for a good price. The products that were out of stock in which I have ordered were said to be out of stock before ordering and I have been given a date to say when they’ll be sent out. Would highly recommend NISBETS.

THE LADY THAT HELPED ME WHEN I CALLED - Danielle Ninnes - WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND POLITE YOUR TRANSPORT DELIVERY COMPANY - PARCELFORCE - HAS LET YOU DOWN BADLY ......... NOT DELIVERED THE DAY PLANNED, THEN TRIED TO DELIVER WHEN WE WERE NOT IN DESPITE ME CALLING AND ARRANGING A NEW DATE WITH THE COMPUTER !!! IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TODAY - BUT I AM NOT HOLDING MY BREATH AS WELL - SEEING VIA MY RING DOORBELL THE COOLER WAS NOT HANDLED WELL BY THE DRIVER - PLONKED IT DOWN HARD ON THE FLOOR !!!
