Ninacloak Tracking Order Status

After discovering this company had been posting fake reviews I was worried about the order I had placed on the 22nd August, 4 tops and a pair of trousers. They finally arrived 27th September and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered medium, they all fit, I am normally a size 14, 3 of the tops are quite loose at the hips but not too big. I am happy with the quality of the stitching and colours, although the material is not thick it is perfect for sunny holidays, which is why I ordered. Considering how inexpensive they were, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Be careful ordering from ninacloak.com. The clothing is fine, but I've spent an hour trying to contact customer service about exchanging a blouse for a smaller size. Forget it - The process is impossible. I filled out a form on one customer service site, but when I submitted it, there was a "code invalid" message. I then explained everything on their e-chat, which then wanted me to write it all again for an "expert" on a special site for a cost of $1.00!! Seriously?? The site wanted my credit card #, but I was wary, so I'll just wear the blouse a bit big. Maybe I'll take it in and never order from ninacloak again. If Amazon doesn't have what I want, I don't need it. This & other crappy online companies will make Amazon richer than ever! 9/23/22: An edit to my above review of Ninacloak.com - The company sent me a laughable boilerplate reply. They apologized, then wrote that I should send them my order # so they could correct my "situation." I've seen that same or similar reply to their many negative reviews on Trustpilot! There's no link to their website at the end of their "sincere" apology. I gave them my order# when I filled out their online forms several times on 9/22/22, but it was impossible to submit or complete the forms without a glitch, or a shady referral to an "expert" after first asking for a $1 paymt on my credit card! Have U ever?? I called but the phone# on their website isn't valid. They provide no exchange/return form, and my merchandise, which surprisingly was fine, came in 3 envelopes, each with a different address. The company knows what they're doing. It appears they have no intention of correcting my or anyone's "situation" - and I mean that sincerely. There are too many other companies to deal with. Shop elsewhere!!

Ich habe 5 Produkte bestellt davon konnte ein Oberteil nicht geliefert werden. Ich wurde darüber informiert und der Betrag wird auf mein Konto zurück gebucht. Alles in Ordnung. Auch an der Qualität gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Es ist so, wie Online beschrieben. Lediglich die Zustellung verzögerte sich aufgrund Corona. Dies ist jedoch derzeit kein Einzelfall. Durch die mitgeteilte Transportnummer, konnte ich den Lieferweg nachvollziehen.

It took over 3 weeks to receive my order. When it did arrive and I tried the tops on, they didn't fit. I've sent two requests to customer service about returning the items but haven't received any reply or response. Finally after sending another email, I received a response apologizing for my inconvenience. They do not accept returns but did offer a $41.00 refund on my $125+ order adding that I could gift the items to someone.
