Nili Lotan Tracking Order Status

Having been on the receiving end of some poor online experiences in recent months, it was a pleasure to deal with Nils Lotan, fast efficient delivery and great communication - beautiful dress too.

I too, have had issues with Brianna and refused correct my refund. I was treated rudely, yelled at and rushed. I’m a loyal customer and spent approx 5000$. I finally received an email that misrepresented my concerns with an alleged manager who never spoke to me. I asked to speak to a manager over 10 times in the call. I am out several hundred dollars and plan to return everything! I do not recommend this company. Poor customer service —abusive!

updated June 27: Nili Lotan customer service finally got back to me thanks to Allie from their Client services. They provided a return label for me to ship the item back. I'll update again when they refund me. Here is the original post: I purchased a leather trench coat from Nili lotan website. Upon receiving the coat, I was immediately taken aback by several issues. First, the dart seam on the back of the trench coat appears quite different from shown the website. Visibly, seams on shoulder straps are exposed and look poor quality and in fact the seaming looks completely different throughout, completely lacking the craftmanship one would expect from Nili Lotan. Also, I discovered unsightly scratches on the front. IN one word, it looks like a different coat, and an extremely poorly made one. The "leather" looks fake and emits such a strong chemical odor that it caused discomfort in my eyes and nose. It's unwearable. I noticed that this item ships from a warehouse. I was wondering whether these above issues are simply a variation or the warehouse actually carries a different line using lower-quality materials and manufacturing processes sold at lower prices. I contacted their customer service about the deviation and ask if I could return or exchange. Someone replied and said that her manager will get back to me, but of course, I never heard from them again. More than 1000 dollars went down the drain. I found other quality issues before this one. Will never buy Nili Lotan again.

I have been an extremely loyal Nili Lotan customer, having made multiple purchases through the past couple of years. I have six pairs of Nili pants. I always wear an 8 but I’m two pairs that run small (according to reviews), I order 10s . I ordered the Joan pant off of sale, understanding it was not returnable I ordered a 10 as a review said it ran small. They are sized like a 4. Brianna replied that they are working to correct sizing inconsistencies however refused to address my issue. Horrible customer service. They have lost a loyal customer.

The best buy ever. Fits are immaculate.
