Nilight Tracking Order Status

Shipping info was sent, then package never moved. After 3 weeks of repeatedly checking in with them, it turns out the item was out of stock and never shipped. Canceled order, a week later I am waiting to see if I will get a refund or have to file a dispute with my credit card company. Very disappointing, waste of time. Submitted this review on their site and of course they didn't publish it.

I purchased a 50” Light Bar that advertised 288W. I tested the output and it is 178W. It has been days and the only response from the Support center is asking me where I installed the light (which is meaningless). Misleading advertising and poor customer service. UPDATE: Their response was that the 288W rating was "theoretical power of the LEDs". I am getting 62% of their stated power...I guess they shot a little high on their "theory"

Have had 4 6 switch boxes on my l-3301 tractor, all have failed in or about 1 year. Have sent several e-mails concerning this and numerous phone calls [none of which were answered or returned], very poor customer service.
