I had a very positive experience with the team, they called me back, texted me and emailed me very quickly, answered all my questions, and even upgraded my shipping for free. The specs on the pvs14 I got were amazing. Highly recommend them, great experience

(summary below for the too long, didn't read crowd.) I asked and offered to pay for upgraded shipping out of excitement for my night vision device. They upgraded it for free, I also suspect they may have sent me a very nice j-arm that outclasses the included one x100!! Even though I'm pretty sure I had accidentally ordered the wrong type, I think they may have made the correction for me and if they did I really appreciate that. It's a company that pays attention to every order, and cares about how it conducts business. While night vision is admittedly very pricey, I will always bring my business to nightvisionguys.com. They go above and beyond, and you really do not see companies treat their customers with that kind of respect and dignity. TL:DR 10/10 Great people, great products, phenomenal customer service, truly a company that puts in the effort at every level, all the way to the very top of leadership, to communicate with their customers and make every order a promise. Editing review as NVG has cleared some of the confusion on my part. The original shipping label DID indicate my accessories would be shipping/arriving at a later date. I just did not know they were on backorder, I was expecting another package soon. NVG has cleared the confusion on my part, as well as shipped my accessories that I was waiting for. NVG has promptly worked with and communicated with me in order to resolve all issues.
