Nightcap Clothing Tracking Order Status

I ordered a dress. It took 2 weeks to come. I needed a medium and wanted to exchange. I was unable through their site because you only have a 2 week window to do so. I messaged them and received a response 2 days later telling me they do not exchange "French lace" and it should be fine because it's very "stretchy". With this type of customer service I predict they will not be very successful.

Disastrous My experience you can describe in one word DISASTER After package got stuck at customs I contacted customer service asking for help At first I was ignored and then after countless emails some snooty girl replied blankly that is non of her business even so my order got stuck because of their wrong declaration Customs contacted them several times too and no luck My dress got destroyed as I lost money Stay away from them Ps quality of their clothes are below average
