The quality is not what is pictured. I previously left a bad review but the Compnay refunded my money (not the tax) and have been easy to deal with the return. I changed to three stars since they’ve been cooperative but I wouldn’t order through them again.

I had an issue with the boots I purchased.. contacted customer service & within 24 hrs received an apology..how can we make it right…& a solution to the matter!! Excellent customer service!!!

I really like the presentation of your products . The platform is laid out in such a way that it grabs your interest immediately . I was on the web looking to buy something different than my regular style of shoes . I wanted something different stylish , and sexy , and i must admit Nicepairs you delivered just that . I can't wait until my five pair of ankle boots arrive . They're so different , and so gorgeous . Nicepairs don't change a thing about your presentation, your layout , and vibrant pictures of your products . It grabbed me , and that's saying a lot , because I normally keep right on looking and bypass things without making a purchase no matter what , but this time i could not do that . So congratulations you got me, and I'm so happy 😊 for that. I've received all five pairs of my ankle boots and i must tell you they are as gorgeous . You know how some times shoes look better in an add than in reality , well that's not the case here . These ankle boots are so beautiful , and the quality of the boots are 1st class . I'm so impressed with my boots. I ordered these boots and they arrived within a couple of weeks ,and i was surprised about that too . I love this company, and this is my very first time ordering from them , and it won't be the last .
