The update is the issue can not update on my phone struggling to update on my desk top at (82 years old) far to complicated for me. Starting to wish i had purchase it

My dashcam fell off the windscreen about half a dozen times, on inspection of the suction mount it was clear that it had broken away. I contacted Nextbase to report the issues, I have to say the response was very prompt and I was sent another suction mount in the post. Full marks to Richard, outstanding service.
