Next UK Tracking Order Status

As a tall woman I find Next an excellent place to shop for clothes. The website has a lot of choice and other labels are also available through Next. Their delivery and returns system is really efficient and reliable.

I only shop next, their choice of styles, quality and customer service are amazing! But I normally only shop online. I have been to many next stores throughout the UK and been very successful, but unfortunately the one near where I live, is terrible. Still rating 5 star, because I think overall they do an incredible job

The items I wanted were easy to find on the website and easy to purchase. They kept me up to date frequently with how the order was progressing and it was ready for collection within the allotted timescale. Click and collect was quick and simple in my selected store.

Very kind and attentive staff but at times they weee hard to find especially as I’m disabled and suffer severe fatigue. Also I had to walk what felt like a long way to pick up my items. Next time I will ask for delivery. A very helpful young worker helped carry my bags to my car.

Ordering, delivery and the items were great; straightforward and quick. However, I had to return some jeans and it took almost half an hour at an Evri machine to work out what info Next had given to print a label. Nothing from Next matched what Evri asked for, no QR code from Next to get a returns label, even the staff couldn't work out what part of my Next emails was needed. Using the Evri machine was promoted by the Next returns menu so make it easier.
