Gray Line New York Tracking Order Status

Was well worth the money! We were a group of five friends who purchased our sightseeing passes online. We bought the package that included the hop on hop off bus tours and five attractions. We had some very informative tour guides and took every tour they offered. It was great for a first timer to NYC as we got to see so much of the city that we probably would not have seen orherwise.....but one of the absolute highlights of our tours was our guide Darryl, who we were fortunate enough to get on the uptown tour. He kept us informed and entertained for the entire trip..we didn't want to get off his bus. THANK YOU DARRYL!

My cousin recommended this service but I was very dissapointed, they rush you through notable sights so you visit as much as you can in one day...

Hi, We went to collect our passes at the center near bus terminal near times square. The staff there were so unprofessional and spoke to us so rudely while we were collecting the passes. They dont have minimum manners of customer service, especially the black lady there was literally yelling on us and showed such a bloody attitude. She also has a horrible mouth odor while speaking. They really spoiled the entire mood of our start of the ny trip.

We took the night light cruise and it was fantastic. It was a little chilly the night we went but, the sky was clear and the guide helped point out certain things to see. Took a lot of pictures and enjoyed seeing the city from the water, all light up. It was neat to go under the bridges and to see Brooklyn, Ellis Island and Jersey as well. I would do this cruise again!

My experience was pretty good until the tour guide repeatedly bashed our President to be Donald Trump. I really didn't want to hear the crap! I know everyone has their opinion, however, not while doing your job that I paid you for.
