New Running Gear Tracking Order Status

Bought an Coros Apex at -25% of the RRP, got it delivered on the 4th working days. I was slightly worried after 3 working days as it was stated during my payment that it would be dispatched within 1 working day. I contacted their customer service, got a replied within 6 hours and everything was sorted. No issue at all about the watch since I bought it (more than 3 months ago), no reason to return it, utterly convinced that it is a brand new genuine product. I would strongly recommend.

Received my Coros Apex Pro at an amazing price. I was slightly dubious as price was was over £100 cheaper then everywhere else. But it’s turned up within a few days with no issues. Would happily use again.

Great service from NewRunningGear. An initial problem with my order but fair play to Alfie as he got straight onto it and sorted it out quickly - stupid old Covid playing havoc again sadly:( Good communication and true to his word my Watch turned up when he said it would. I would definitely buy from them again! I did read the other reviews which said a few differing experiences but mine was the opposite of that. My Coros watch turned up as expected and at a terrific price too!

After an initial spot of concern (payment went through to some lavender company and tracking info was strange), my order arrived within 48 hours. Very well priced for an exceptional product (Coros Apex 46mm). Would shop again in a heartbeat.

Wow. Very good service. Good customer service. Brand new Coros watch and box full of goods for my training times. Very good prices (the best in the UK for Coros watches and they are in stock without paying extra taxes from abroad). Emails were sent back within 24h shout out to Alfie who was my assistant!
