We have travelled with the Newmarket Tours before and had a really good time. Also, when you are abroad, they've looked after us especially when the COVID started, before the Europe closed the boarders Newmarket Team arranged us to be back safely...

Great customer service from Zoe. Took a while for our payment to be processed but she was extremely patient and helpful throughout guiding us through the itinerary and options for the Wimbledon trip we were interested in. As was another member of staff whose name I unfortunately can't recall when we made initial enquiries earlier in the day prior to our booking.

Unfortunately even though I was rung back promptly the information I was given was incorrect and I am no further forward with my query

I asked a question about an upcoming holiday. Friendly advisor who forwarded my question to the relevant department. I had a delightful email back which was very informative about my question. Can’t wait for my holiday date to roll around now.

Zee was extremely polite and helpful and patient. He called me back having actioned my travel documents to be emailed and waited on the phone while I checked my airline details access was working smoothly. Thank you Zee
