New Look UK Tracking Order Status

Items never arrived and customer services never got back to me. Bought 2 sizes to try so I’m out of pocket by £67 now. Extremely unhappy. Update: customer services have now refunded my purchase. Once the funds are received, I will update my review again.

Melissa was really nice and made sure to get the problem with my order resolved promptly. She was very helpful, kind and I appreciated the service she gave me.

I spoke to a girl named Melissa in customer care as I noticed a significant part of my order was missing when it was showing as delibered. She was fantastic and kept me calm and reassured me that it would be dealt with. She found my order had been split and got me the information on said missing package and the tracking info. Very friendly and professional

It’s the return service as I sent a parcel back to store 19th July only to have to get in touch with New look ,it’s only just been sorted out now it used to be much quicker and I would highly suggest they have a phone number for customer services .

Most helpful customer services. Megan dealt with my issue as one item I returned hadn't been received and she dealt with this so quickly and was so lovely.
