Ordering is very easy and the website is easy to navigate. My one issue is the ridiculous shipping cost. I'm being forced to pay for shipping with a signature when I don't need a signature. I can have 700lbs of glass delivered for $130 and 175lbs of soap cost $240, over a third or the cost of the product.

I was easily able to find the essential oils I needed and find out information about them prior to purchase. Very easy to search and find what I needed.

I feel like I have to jump through hoops to buy from you. Your checkout system could use some improvement. Not to mention your shipping turnaround time is lengthy. Your standard shipping rate is also very high. The ONLY reason I'm even buying anything from you is because one of my other essential oil suppliers is out of stock.

Customer since 2010 & I love shopping on your site. The only 2 issues that would be nice for ND to resolve 1) promised 10% discount for signing up for the newsletter and it did not reflect at checkout. 2) I have an EIN# (USA IRS tax identity) It's FEDERAL. I don't do business on the state level but ND is only allowing those who do to order EXEMPT. I know the IRS codes pretty well and know that providing ND with my EIN is sufficient. Please fix the issue for future orders ~ I know I will continue shopping with you because ND is FANTASTIC.
