Was able to cross reference my part number easily online and discovered it was not in stock. Click the button to have them notify me when it was back in stock and it was in 2 weeks before expected. Went back online ordered the part and it was delivered within two days. Very good service without having to speak to anyone at all. The prices and navigation of the site were easy, but the time it takes for customer support to get back to you is dreadful, Newark sent a package to me with 4 of the same relays, but they forgot to put my address on it so it's just sitting in a UPS warehouse. I called and they said they left a ticket for UPS saying the address is correct, but have yet to receive any updates on the actual address being updated. I have checked UPS daily and nothing has change, still says, "The address is incomplete, please update address." The fact that this was a mistake in the first place is hilariously annoying.

I ordered a part and made a mistake. I will admit I made the initial mistake by making my shipping address and billing address the same. I then re ordered the part and got it within 2 days (thank you so much). However, the charge for my mistake is still pending on my credit card(twice for some reason even though the second time I ordered it I did it on my debit card). So currently I have been charged correctly once on my debit card, but two times incorrectly on my credit card. Also I ordered the last part from the stock so I'm sure that didn't help the process either. I'm guessing these transaction will never go through and when I called (Newark) she said they were non-refundable. I will definitely change my review if I can just have this corrected, thank you. The order number that was not fulfilled is 353002. Thank you. Update: I just looked and the charges were send back, Thank you so much!

I bought a raspberry pi CM4 back on 2/18/2021 when there were over 300 in stock. It said that it would be 3-4 days to ship since it was coming from the UK. I even checked 4 business days later and there were still over 50 product available to purchase (this was on 2/23/2021). Then on 2/24/2021 I checked my order again and it was now backordered not to ship until 3/11/2021. I called and asked about this and they said my order was part of the backorders. I tried to figure out what had happened and they just kept repeating that the item was out of stock. They also didn't seem to believe me when I said that there were still 50 available the previous day. Customer Service was not helpful at all and wouldn't give me any answers and just gave me the run around. They finally offered to try and contact the warehouse to figure out about the current stock. They said that would take 24-48 hours. I still have not gotten a response about that request. But I did just receive an email today on 3/1/2021 (4 business days later) that stated my order was lost in shipping from the UK to the US and if I wanted it reprocessed I would have to contact them. Why would they request that I contact THEM to reprocess an order that THEY lost. This also completely contradicts everything the customer service told me, because if they knew it was lost they would have told me. And if they didn't know it was lost then why was my order already backordered, when it shouldn't have been. It feels like they messed up and they are trying to tell lie after lie to cover it up. They need to just tell me the truth on what happened and then make it right. But they have done neither of those things. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with customer service and I will never buy from them again if I have a choice. I would give them zero stars if I had the option. EDIT: Newark contacted me today (3/2/2021) about my bad experience and proceeded to apologize about the experience I received and offered to ship me out the product at no charge to me. They said they would contact their warehouse in the UK and try to get me what I ordered as fast as possible. While I am happy that they reached out to correct the issue, I am still disappointed that it took a review such as this to garner any attention to actually fix the problem. I know this because the person who reached out to me said they say the review here on Trustpilot. I have changed my experience rating to 3 stars because they did fix the problem, but I won't give them 5 stars because it was the negative review that prompted them to fix it, which should not have been needed.
