Network Solutions Tracking Order Status

I transferred my domain to another hosting company. It was a big mistake. The other company offers a fabulous relationship with an AI. I couldn't get anyone on the phone or get help. I came back to Network Solutions. In 2 days they have helped me more than I could ever have imagined. Not to over simplify, 5 stars for me, is perfection. No person or company is perfect. But Network Solutions checks all the boxes and I am very, very grateful they took me back!!

CSR Lea A. was knowledgeable and friendly about Network Solutions products/services. Based on her performance I rated 5 stars. Lea realized I was frustrated with a different CSR time consuming, slow online chat - Lea calmly and effectively was able to make me feel more confident in her company. We have had account for over 15 years.

So I forgot my email which I used to register my account with them and I tried and tried and tried different methods but nothing worked then I started a support chat and Kavya the person helped me as my issue wasn't a small issue she took time to understand and asked her manager twice and gave me the resolution. thanks kavya and team network solutions

Network Solutions is very fortunate in having Justin on its support staff! He provides excellent professional services. Justin is very creative, responsive, and obviously enjoys his work and helping people (however long it takes) to resolve a problem. It was a memorable experience for me!
