Net Lighting Tracking Order Status

I had never heard of this Netlighting. Ordering was straight forward and despatch and delivery prompt. I was informed at every stage of the process. I made a mistake with my order which they helped me fix without issue. When my lights came, they were very well packaged, clear instructions, etc. couldn’t really do better. The lights themselves were from the Netherlands and I thought the quality of product reflected this.

I had a really good experience with NetLighting - I had a large order, shipping outside the UK and Joseph and team were great to assist. Extremely prompt, kept on top of the order as it was multiple shipments and put my mind at ease. The actual products are a great quality, so overall very happy and will use them again.

I had a good experience with customer service. Had doubts I ordered the right fitting and an agent was very helpful with organising a replacement if needed. No complaints
