Sade made my day!! Today is my birthday and I wanted to do some online shopping but has issues with the website. Sade was very professional and assisted with the issue until it was fully resolved. I would highly recommend Sade as is very very prompt and quick. Some online agents are not as quick and often misunderstand issue, but Sade is a great communicator and left my shopping experience enjoyable!! I will definitely keep shopping at Neiman Marcus as they offer excellent customer service and assist to clients until they are fully satisfied!!!

My complaint is with the return process. I use their shipping label. Says FEDEX but ends up being USPS. Very slow to receive return and receive a credit.

I’ve had an account with Neiman Marcus for over 20 years. They were my favorite store for a very long time, but now, I am hesitant to shop there. Their customer service is sketchy at best. I returned an item this summer, received a return approval with label. I work from home and have a toddler and took about 10 days to make it to the post. About 2 weeks later it was returned to me, signature required, with a message that my return wasn’t timely and they wouldn’t accept. Last week Fedex left a package on my steps in the middle of center city Philadelphia. Driver took a pic. But didn’t knock as they usually do. I was home. My package disappeared. Neiman denied my claim because driver took a pic! Anyone walking by could have grabbed it. My neighbor could have taken it. I don’t have a history of missing packages on my account, but they had no problem burning a long time customer over a $200.00 sweater.

My order was delayed several times, and when I finally received it… the item was broken… shattered. They were sold out of the item so I was unable to get it. I was given a discount on another item…not much. I was told that I can get a discount on the shattered item if I would like to keep it. What? It was a big ticket item. Otherwise I need to pack it up and wait for fedex to pick it up on a scheduled date and time. Why I’m I packing up a shattered item? I guess a picture/video isn’t enough. Nor my disappointment of not getting the item.

In store experience was very nice. Employees were very friendly and helpful at the time of purchases. But any customer spending thousands of dollars in one visit should be treated very well.. my issue is with the jewelry clerk. Mainly I've just discovered 16 months later he sold me a pair of roberto coin earrings for $700.00. And they are in fact not roberto coin but Sydney Evans earrings. I was told the roberto coin were "on sale and how rare it is for his jewelry to be under $1000.00.. im soo not happy. And i don't even want them now. I want to return them. But I'm sure I can't now
