Why the low reviews????

Not sure why reviews are so low here. I ordered $180 adidas sneakers for $65 on needsupply and order was processed and shipped same day. Arrived at my house in 2 days. Perfect smooth transaction would 100% order again 🙏.

I wanted to write a review for Need Supply Co because before ordering from them I read these reviews, and they made me a little concerned. I ordered some specialty Converse from them despite the reviews. The order shipped and arrived within a week. The Item that I ordered was in excellent condition. Everything was as expected.

Glad I gave them a chance!

I ordered before reading all of the negative reviews, so I got a little worried, especially about long shipping times as I bought something for a trip. Two days after I ordered, I emailed customer service about shipping times, and they emailed me back a few hours later. The item actually shipped a couple of hours after. The order was in the correct size and I am very pleased.
