Lizzie is helpful and quick to reply to all and any requests. The team are creative and imaginative with their proposals, and patient with us while we take time to agree. I like working with needi and look forward to continuing to do so in 2025

I ordered a tin of cycling biscuits and had a few issues as they took a while to arrive. I emailed them to find out where my order was as It had been over a week and nothing had arrived. The communication was very good they chased up my order and tried to rectify the situation as they were a birthday present which we needed by the end of the week. The biscuits finally arrived after 12 days.

Needi have been an incredible help for us. They are responsive, informed and so accommodating. Their gift recommendations are fantastic, and the quality is always top tier. I am so appreciative of all needi do for us, and don't know what I would do without them.

The team at Needi are always incredibly helpful in coming up with gifting ideas, most recently for a colleagues wedding gift. Him and his new wife were thrilled at the thoughtful present which arrived in good time and was immaculately presented - thanks again team Needi!
