I bought SLYDE KING 2K for almost €52 and I expected a lot from it, but what I got was this: 1. Warranty was not offered nor documented to me. No warramnty registration card was found inside of the box. Perhaps the cash register receipt is enough? 2. The plastic that was wrapping the packaging box was so difficult to tear off without damaging the box (in case of a return) and it was cracking into small pieces, which I believe is very bad for the environment. 3. The entire flashlight unit has a low quality vibe from text font to technical detail and workmanship. 4. The USB connection cord seems to be so short and low quality and the outlet connecting to the flashlight is misplaced (shifted) to a side and I was struggling plugging into it and almost gave up to plug it in. When I did plug into it the little tongue inside of the outlet became somehow bent and damaged. 5. Charging it for several hours and the Circle-N keeps on flashing in green colour despite its instruction stating it should be pulsing or stable orange and then stable green once charged. I suspect it just is not charging at all? 6. The rubber cap for the USB cord entry on the flashlight seems so fragile, it will probably fall off after a short period of time exposing the outlet to dust and damage. 7. Is it really 2000 Lumens bright? I kind of doubt that manufacturer's claim. 8. The following text in the instruction seem lacking proper punctuation marks and seems insincere: "Orange: 25% or more Orange Flash: less than 25% Green: fully charged Green Pulse: charging". 9. Why not having 50% and 75% charge indicator? 10. The entire unit feels unreliable enough to justify this huge price tag and to be confident enough to keep it rather than returning it for a refund. It is hard to trust the way it was manufactured that it will last longer than a few weeks or perhaps a couple months. It may as well be a daughter of Mrs. Planned Obsolescence. P.S. While I am not Russian, but I known that "NEBO" in Russian means "the sky" (not a pro or a con) which applies more to the price rather than to the workmanship quality. REMARK: TrustPilot keeps on changing my date of experience to an earlier date even that I purchased it on the 13 February 2023 and I keep on updating it to 13-02-2023 but TP keeps reverting it to 12-02-2023 and then a few hours later to 11-02-2023. What's up with that, TP?

What the heck? I ordered 5 touches total and only 4 arrived with an invoice showing just 4 ordered, my account shows the correct invoice and I paid for 5! It's obviously a dispatch error but trying getting a reply form them (Nebo UK) on Facebook or by email seems pointless and I am still eagerly waiting for a reply! ....

Don't buy nebo torches, there is ZERO support to replace your battery when it dies, which (they say) is normal inside of 2 years. "By the way 2 years for an 18650 battery is very good." they said. Yeah, brilliant considering I used the torch 4 times, and now can't get a replacement battery, and your 'UK division' in Poole (apparently) couldn't care less. Buy one of these torches and lose your money. Feel free, go on if you like throwing money away. My son got it for my birthday, he thought he was doing a very special thing buying such an expensive torch for me. Sad, really .... UPDATE 12/4/23; Eventually I managed to find someone to deal with the issue and they promised to assist. Some months past but out of the blue I got a replacement. Was pondering only a 2 star due to the saga and effort required, and only a partial solution as I still don't know where to get spares from.

I purchased a Nebo "Big Larry 2" on Amazon to keep in my wife's car for emergency use in the event of a breakdown. She would be unlikely to need the torch/work light to repair the car herself but the flashing Red emergency beacon was ideal. I was impressed with the quality and function when it arrived and duly placed the torch in the car, confident that it would perform if needed. Unfortunately, less than a year later, when checking the batteries and making sure it worked, I discovered that despite not being used other than to regularly test it, the Red light functions were now inoperable. While I was a little disappointed that this had happened, I was reassured by the fact that the Big Larry 2 comes with a 2 year warranty and duly completed the online warranty claim and attached a copy of the invoice and a picture (of a non working Big Larry 2) as requested. As I heard nothing in response, I used their online contact details to chase and have still heard nothing. Looking at the other 1 star reviews elsewhere I see that the failure of the Red light is a common complaint and must assume that they do not have a working replacement or solution to this problem. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS TORCH IF THE RED LIGHT FUNCTION IS REQUIRED. The torch and work light are great (so far) but these were not the main function I required. UPDATE: A month after leaving this review, UPS delivered a replacement torch. No communication from the company beforehand or included in the package but I now the possess a working torch and am once more a happy owner. Lets hope this one lasts a little longer.
