Brilliant session with Anne. I can see definite progress from using the simulator. I went home and rode my pony which I hadn’t done for a while.

Having looked everywhere for an equine shop, we stumbled across Naylors. So glad we did! Pip was absolutely fantastic: she was so patient with our daughter and so thorough in her provision of the correct riding hat to suit her needs. Despite her shift finishing, Pip stayed with us, trying on numerous hats to ensure the right fit. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we weren’t rushed in any way, despite it being closing time when we left. Highly recommend this shop.

Pip was great. Quick yet thorough hat fitting, knowledgable and personable. She had my mum in stitches as we were walking out the door. Fabulous service, Pip. Thank you!
