First time nautical online shopper although I have purchased their clothes for years at Macy’s. Online store new acct set up and checkout made the purchase one I probably wouldn’t repeat. Received what I ordered, three items, one didn’t really fit. Decided to return it and once I read all the hoops you have to jump through to accomplish that decided it would be a Christmas gift for someone else. I guess their return policy worked as intended for them, for me not so much. Will stick to other brands moving forward, disappointing but too many others that make comparable clothing and have a friendlier easier approach.

Natica Sales Asociate Dania is a Great salesperson: Dania deserved a moment of my time to leave her an A+ review for being such a caring salesperson I was in the Natica outlet store 00150 yesterday shopping and out of all the stores I went into at the outlets and out of every store at the Merrimack outlets I have to say Dania (Associate 00000943739) was the only person that welcomed me and made me feel welcome and she was working hard arranging stock yet still in her own way made me feel attended to. what a great salesperson Dania made my day, and she deserved a thank you. Technical difficulties as an excuse that never ends. Nautica was sold several years ago and the company that took it over must be subpar. All customer service is in another country. Easy to tell that they don't have a command of English in their writing. Will they ever receive my return and will I get my money back?
