Nature's Sunshine Products, Inc. Tracking Order Status

I have been using Nature's Sunshine products for 3+years. Their products are amazing. There was only one occasion that I wasn't satisfied with the product. To clarify there was absolutely nothing wrong with the product, I just 'didn't like it'. However, I called their office and they refunded my account immediately. I used Nature's Sunshine as a go-all place for supplements. My personal experience is I feel much healthier.

The supplier of Tei-Fu Essential Oil, Nature's Sunshine has for years been able to furnish this wonderful product to buyers everywhere. It just so happens that there was a shipping "glitch" recently, and it only took one short telephone call to an easily-reached person at the company to make everything right. This is all on top of the excellent qualities of their products, deserving themselves a top-notch reputation.

I have been a customer and user of Nature's Sunshine products (NSP) for much beyond 20 years. I find their products to work well and their service has always been top-notch in my experience.

I have been with this company over 32 years and they have headed down the path of less customer service while increasing prices. Sad to say they cant even transfer a call correctly either. I have been waiting since Sept 2019 for the childrens vitamins to be reformulated with no idea when or what to expect. No one knows .... but they have many new programs and offers of great ways for us to sell sell sell this company. Long wait times and short answers to why.
