NatureHills Tracking Order Status

Really disappointed that they will not send out the paid order. I have called 3 times to get information on when it would be shipped. I paid for the order in August for a fall delivery it is now Oct 23rd they still have no delivery date for me. The next week to 10 days has nighttime freezing temps in my location. I NEED my trees ASAP.

I have had many trees shipped to me since last fall from differ states...needless to say this trees were by far shipped the best in the box and were so gorgeous looking...pay a lil higher price for better quality!!

Found a rare tree that I could not find on local nursery sites. Tree was delivered with no damage. Was planted and is growing greatly.

Easy to find plants I was looking for. Easy to find recommended products to purchase. Each plant gives a detailed description of the plant best area of your garden or yard to plant it and the type of soil it requires. The website also specifically identifies your zone by zip code, so you know if plant can thrive in the area of the country where you live. I have ordered multiple plants from Nature Hill Nursery, and they arrive packaged with great care in order to withstand shipping. The plants I have ordered have been perfect and often blooming when they arrive.

Ordered 3 plants - received 2 bareroot, one looked very suspect but was told that was normal and they would be fine. Planted the 2 plants and within weeks one was budding but the suspect plant still looked 'suspect'. Received the 3rd plant about a month later. Planted it as well and it is beautiful. The 'suspect' plant still looks dead for which I paid $70.00. I contacted nursery again today. They asked that I send a picture and check for viability. Then the kicker; they told me if the plant was dead would have to pay another 35.00, to replace the plant. That is $105.00 for a bare root plant - THEY ARE OUT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!
