Naturaw Tracking Order Status

Having used many raw food suppliers I'm really impressed with the quality of the food, ethics, website. My dog loves naturaw, thank you!

I have been using this companey for a while now. This is by far the best raw food my dog has ever had and i have had loads . The food is so fresh quality is something else and mostly everything can be composted instead of going into Landfill. I used to use Honey's but found them a bit pricy and also not all of their packaging is environmentally friendly. I want to give my dog the best and i believe this isn't far off. Thank you Naturaw for producing a really good raw food.

I love every aspect of Naturaw’s products, from the quality of the meat to the sustainable packaging, I can’t fault anything. I think their prices are extremely reasonable too. I needed to contact customer services due to a delivery issue and they were absolutely fantastic and were quick to sort the problem. Happy knowing my dog has high quality, completely balanced meals, and he’s very satisfied too!!

My dog loves the raw meat. Her poops have gotten smaller and compact. Which is great for her passing and great for us picking up! Her coat and skin have improved too. We tried the vegetable option though and she wouldn't touch it, even when mixed with her usual. We then tried it on 5 other dogs, 3 of which were vegan and none of them would touch it either...so a bad batch or bad product? Stick to the meat - don't touch the veggie!

The dog food remains great but please bring back the resealable packaging. Now once it’s open it goes dry in the fridge and I also worry about cross contamination between the dog food and my food. Not a very well thought through change in packaging.
