Natural Pets Tracking Order Status

I can only vouch for my experience but my order with this company was as smooth as glass. They offered some cool toys at a price that beat everyone else's and it was mailed out the day after I ordered it. Well packaged, tracking and fast to my door. I'll definitely be shopping there again.

I made a $192 dollar order June 8.2019. After contacting customer service 4 times. I still have not heard back from them or recieved my order.

I ordered almost $100 worth of Nutro Max Cat food, and their system said that the order had processed and I would receive confirmation of shipping. Five days later I had not gotten word that the order had shipped, and so checked the order status, only to learn that the entire quantity is backordered. Why didn’t the system tell me that when I placed the order, or send me any kimd of notification? Beware!
