Nationwide - Mortgages Tracking Order Status

I’ve been with Nationwide for years and it’s the best bank/building society I’ve had. Great App, service over the phone etc. The only thing I hate is their TV adverts lol but I’d recommend them to anyone. I was the victim on online scams ordering clothes and they supported me and got my money back when I really needed it which was brilliant because they could of made me wait for months. They didn’t have to do that. Highly recommend

I’ve been with Nationwide since September 2018, opened my FlexOne account when i turned 16. They’re a great bank but definitely have room for improvement, transferring money to accounts majority of the time you need a card reader which is annoying especially if you’re outside. Nationwide disputes team have successfully been able to get me my money back from merchants who refused to refund me. They should also have the option to view card details and PIN in the app. There is definitely loads of room for improvement but Nationwide have overall been great to bank with and i’ve not had much issues with them.

Ive been with nationwide for a good few years now and never really had any issues with them, Im able to get money out when I need it, the customer service from the staff on the helpline is great and the branch staff are usually lovely the only I would say is to be desired is the banking app sometimes doesnt load on the first try but apart from that I really haven't had any issues

I spoke to Folakemi she was very pleasant helpful knew my needs I am an OAP so she talked me through everything didn't rush me, made sure I was happy with everything, before she went off the line 11/10 for my experience Thank you Nationwide for getting it right again

Totaly amazing service and customer care. A few years ago Nationwide telephone me to tell me I had my cards stolen I didn’t even realise as I was working the thief had gone into my bag and stolen my purse and before the end of the day they repaid my account. A few weeks ago I got scammed and once again the bank stepped in found the bank it had been transferred and managed to get our money back. I cannot speak highly enough of the service they gave me. There plus account is also a fantastic service with travel insurance and all other insurances and car breakdown service which we have used on several occasions. Fantastic thank you.
