Nations Photo Lab Tracking Order Status

The WORST customer service ever! I asked them why the cost of 4x6" photo before putting my order is 0.36 cents and after placing it is $2, etc. Instead of answering my question, that company started scamming my mailbox on a daily basis with their ads! I didn't subscribe for their shi...!!! And every time I asked them stop sending me their ads - they ignore my request. They also recommended me to install ROES app to avoid heavily cropping of all my pics. With ROES, my photos were cropped even more. What an ancient website! Is it so difficult for them to offer their customers no cropping choice directly from their site?!

I looked at several reviews by major tech blogs and they all consistently rated this as the best prints and print quality, turns out I should have looked a photography blogs instead. When I received the photos I was immediately disappointed. The paper quality was cheap and thin and the pictures were not cut squarely. It seemed like they manipulated the photos, the shadows were darkened, the photos were lifeless and flattened, the colors were muted, and the resolution seemed lowered. These pictures felt as if they were made in someones basement with a home printer. I would not buy from them again. I tried another company with the same pictures and was satisfied.

I bought a framed photo for my wife's birthday ten days ago. I didn't expect it to ship next day or anything, but I started to get nervous that it wouldn't arrive on time by day eight when it still hadn't shipped. I initiated an online chat and was told that it would "ship by tonight." It didn't. On Thursday I started another chat and was told the same thing - it would "ship by tonight." It didn't. On Friday I joined another chat, with the same rep I spoke to on Wednesday, and she said it would "ship by tonight." I expressed my concern because I've been told it will "ship by tonight" for three days in a row and the package hasn't shipped. No apology from the rep, just the same thing I've been hearing from them all week. Really frustrating experience and disappointing customer service.
