I think your management is a a rip off my aunty got a gift for me on here and tried to return it cause I got the gift already and now she got only a $9.9 back why could I guys give her the original payment

I received the wrong item and Tyler took care of me. He not only issued a return shipping label and made sure the correct item was going out, he also took my complaints about entering the discount code and forwarded them so I would receive the amount in a refund. I think the order screen makes it hard to add a discount code. Also, the online chat is a joke. It kept saying all reps were busy and didn’t give an option to join a queue when I wanted to cancel the order and reorder with the discount code. There is no option to cancel an order.

Tyler was very helpful to me. Tyler was very helpful and pleasant to discuss my issues with. He handled my order very well and fixing my problem that I had. Thank you so much Tyler for all the help you gave me.
