I’ve had IBS symptoms for 5 years and have seen various Doctors and had various procedures to try and help this awful condition. It’s had a very negative impact on my quality of life and at times I’ve not been able to leave the house. Recently I had a session with Shona Hamilton and undertook the food sensitivity test.
