NAPA AUTO PRO is dedicated to making their clients happy and ensuring they return for future business. They excel and repairing and fixing vehicles, even antique ones that are over 20 years old. NAPA was able to provide a rare part for the back of my SUV when other companies couldn’t. They never say no to a challenge and always find solutions with a smile. The team members like Sierra, Andrew, and Jacob are always willing to serve customers. The technicians behind the scenes also deserve credit for their work. They offer Uber rides for customers who need transportation home and back when picking up their vehicles. The location is conveniently situated at 1259 upper James Street, next to Denninger’s (at the set of lights right hand side). You can reach them at 289-408-9749. Was in dire need of brake pads for my vehicle. (Why else would a person purchase them?!) Absolutely no auto parts stores in my area had what I needed in stock. Based on my specific vehicle, Napa was only one of two auto parts stores that had pads available for order. I chose Napa because their website stated they shipped SAME day. Placed my order on Monday, December 23 before 1 PM EST. On checkout screen as well as my order confirmation, projected delivery date was Thursday, December 26. Unfortunately, my package hadn’t even been accepted by the carrier by 12/26. I made a phone call, lasting 15 minutes, to Napa customer service on 12/26 inquiring what was going on with my order. Rep had no answers and opened an incident ticket. Ironically, two hours after that phone call my package was suddenly “picked up” by the carrier. I didn’t receive the brake pads until 12/31. And they arrived with NO hardware!

13Dec2024 I needed a belt tensioner for my old car, & main dealer estimated Xmas, whereas Wayne @ NAPA N'pton got it the next morning. He rang to confirm its in. Excellent service
