Nakin Tracking Order Status

I have tried 5 items purchased from Nakin and 4 were perfect for my skin which as a 70+ have not been able to find until now. In relation to the 5th item I contacted customer service and have been overwhelmed by the friendly and efficient way they offered an alternative product for me to try at no extra cost and when that item was not suitable for my skin gave a refund without any reluctance which I received within 24 hours I will definitely be staying with this company for my future needs.

I recently discovered Nakin skincare whilst searching for an alternative to clarins and Elemis that I usually use. I purchased two face creams and a serum, I received the face creams which I’m really happy with and I’m awaiting the serum which I’m sure will be equally great. Postage is free and super fast, I’m very happy with Nakin and Cris is wonderful in resolving any issues that arise with points not added automatically. I highly recommend this site.

A great natural product that hasn’t irritated my sensitive skin or eyes. It is good value and the customer service is excellent- super speedy delivery. I can recommend this to those who are looking for an alternative to the newly, and poorly, re-formulated Liz Earle face products!
