Naked Wolfe Tracking Order Status

Beware about buying anything with "Stretch" in the description of the shoes. It will disintegrate in less than 2 years. Put NakedWolfe in the search bar on tiktok and you'll see a video of what I mean by disintegrate. I've bought 9 shoes from them. 2 of them being the "Daring Black Stretch" and "Sugar Black Stretch". For both, the vegan leather upper has disintegrated, rendering the shoes unwearable. I can count how many times I've worn both of these shoes. When unworn, they are stored in their dustbags & box. Nakedwolfe offered no solutions other than a 10% discount lol and they don't do repairs. So that spice black stretch that you want so badly? Think if it makes sense to buy it now, only to throw it away 1.5 years or less later. With NW you are not getting quality for your money.

I placed an order for some boots on November 27th. I still haven’t received a tracking number. I only got the confirmation number but still shows up as “unfulfilled “. I’ve contact NakedWolfe several times asking for a tracking number. They said they will send it but they never did. I’m getting really frustrated all I want is my shoes.

I was very interested in several items from this store, however the reviews are quite deterring. I want to give them the benefit of a doubt so I've reached out to the company via email and no response so far. Hope to have a good turnout.

I ordered a pair of boots on November 25 and ten days later the order is marked as unfulfilled. There is no customer service no and I read FAQ's and sent an email as per their instructions two days ago and still no response. This is not very good customer service. I have paid for the item and no information as requested. HELP!
