NA-KD UK Tracking Order Status

I have to leave two stars because I’ve enjoyed the clothing. I sent a return and the package was delayed and over the accepted time frame. I was then emailed that I would receive a store credit. I never received it. After numerous attempts, no response. As I now filled out an online contact form, I’ve been advised that the voucher expired. I now have no merchandise. No credit. Nothing. I’m deeply disappointed because there is no legal recourse for customers. Or is there?

Wrote them an email about my retour that hasn’t been processed yet. They wrote back really quickly, apologised and solved the problem. Great experience!

I really love this store, they have beautiful items and I get compliments everytime I wear them. People ask me where I buy them. I have sometimes issues with the sizing and need to return some stuff. Overall very satisfied and happy with this store.
