Woof Tracking Order Status

Update: I appreciate the effort to address and resolve the confusion, and I do genuinely like the product itself, so I’ve added back two stars. However, the email response I received regarding this issue still seemed to place the blame on me, which was disappointing. --- I was really excited to get this for my dog for Christmas, but my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. Their website prominently advertised free shipping at $50, but the messaging was misleading and unclear. At checkout, I was led to believe I qualified for free shipping because the banner at the top of the website said, "Just $0 more to get free shipping" and my cart said, "You've unlocked free shipping." The total for my order was $53.41 + $4.99 for shipping so I assumed I qualified. I took screenshots and emailed customer service pointing out the error and asking to refund the shipping cost. They refused to refund the cost or acknowledge the issue with their website and instead notified me that I was $0.43 short of qualifying for free shipping. This isn’t just about the money—it’s about the principle. The lack of transparency in their policies and their unwillingness to resolve a simple, reasonable request reflects poorly on their customer service and business practices. I wanted to trust this company, but this experience has left me frustrated and unlikely to shop with them again. I hope they address these issues for the sake of future customers, but based on my experience, I can’t recommend them.

Absolutely love these for my dogs. However, we struggle to open them. We’ve oiled them, frozen them, put in warm water, used pliers and flat head screw driver to loosen. I hope Woof can make a redesign to fix this very common issue.

I bought an xlPupsicle and freezer mold at our local pet store. They've worked great for my Tripawd boy who can't easily hold a puzzle toy. I appreciate the shape wobbles but stays upright and doesn't roll away so it helps him have a calm solo play session

I don’t understand all of the negative reviews. We have two Pupsicles for our dog and it’s our go-to over Kongs to entertain our dog. We love how we can fill the molds in the freezer without having to put the whole Kong in . It’s not messy and takes our dog at least 20 minutes to get through one It gets a little hard to clean but we have two do we can cycle them

So I saw all the ads for my Woof and thought it would be great for my beagle mix who loves to chew. The smallest size is still too big for my dog plus she doesn't chew it with the pupsicle pops in it. Just a lot of licking. So doesn't work as a chew for us. Their training treats (love nuggests) also contain garlic?!?! Isn't it bad for dogs? And their bully sticks says 'odor free' which is so far from the truth. Smells like rotten fish so bad that when our dog starts chewing on one, the whole family complains of the awful smell. Maybe it would work for other dog families but not us. Plus it's pretty pricey for something that doesn't work.
