I absolutely sent an email to see how it can be resolved because my order was a gift & she responded with such grace & solution oriented. Although my gift was late it was well worth the wait. The remake was received exactly how I ordered it & I definitely will be ordering again. The quality of the wood & sound of my track was better than I expected for the price!

Packaging and shipping took a long time, then was delayed 5 extra days. The card they offered for $4 was a 2"x2" card, definitely not worth the cost. I ordered the Fridge Beats. It's made to be a magnet on the refrigerator. The magnet is not strong enough to hold the player or most of the records to the frig. It's a cute idea but not worth the cost.
