Shapa Health Tracking Order Status

When I turn on the “show weight” in my account settings, I would like to see my weight measurements immediately. I’ve been told they won’t be available for 30days. This is very disappointing.

Shapa is something I haven't experienced before. Numberless weigh-ins have me nervous but I think this is smart and ready for the journey

No confirmation email for my large purchase today; and then am now receiving confirmation emails for people that I don’t know and am not associated with. Previous issues with licensure keys as well - resulting in difficulty for my clients. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on Clear Step, as an ED clinician - and I am hoping that their customer service improves.

I found the website to have a lot of information in an easy-to-find format that answered all of my questions and made me confident in my choice to purchase!

The overall experience of ordering my Shapa was absolutely amazing. I'm excited to receive it and start using it. I work out a lot and I just absolutely hate getting on the scale because it can be discouraging so I'm excited to see what this has in store for me.
