Mylee DE Tracking Order Status

I have ordered a few items on the 9th April. Yodel lost my package. I have contacted customersevice but so far no result on my case. I am waiting 3 weeks now to sort my order out. I only had one response what is they need to contact yodel what I understand but that was more than a week ago. Really poor communication from mylee customer support. I still have no refund or product. I will never order again from this company. Really disappointed. I have been contacted after my review now I am waiting for my refund.

I emailed to return my items which I had bought as a gift but the recipient already had the colours. I was told to send them back, quote a reference number and send a picture of proof of postage all of which I did in March and I am yet to hear anything back. I have emailed customer services several times and no response. I was going to order new colours but doubt I will bother now.

My experience has been above and beyond my expectations. I treated my self to the glossy box advent calendar and the Magnitone XOXO Micro sonic, soft touch, silicone, facial cleansing brush, was my final surprise. The device is absolutely amazing and it leaves your skin soft and clear, it has done wonders. Just my luck it went faulty and the company offered me a replacement without any hassle, the customer service is impeccable and I am so grateful for my new device. I am now considering buying the Magnitone liftoff microcurrent, facial toning device. Thank you again for your amazing service
