Mylee Tracking Order Status

Received an incorrect/faulty item which was speedily and easily rectified. Superb, fast, friendly and efficient service! I'll be back! Great products as ever! :)

Update 28/07/23 - since placing the review Mylee have been in touch and have advised they’ve sent a replacement. Completely understand parcels go missing, so it’s a shame it took so long for them to get in touch, as this is what caused the most frustration. Grateful they have now sorted it. Thanks. I placed an order back on the 13th July for an order worth of £140, I paid extra for next day delivery and two weeks later I still have not received my order. I have tried contacting Mylee directly but I still have not had a response. Very disappointing as I am a fan of their products, but this has put me off placing an order again. My issue still has not been resolved and I haven’t had any response or contact regarding my missing order.

Update (27/07/23) - Still not heard back from customer services, however new lamp arrived today. Only 2 weeks from receiving initial delivery. Update (25/07/23) - I sent the lamp back and it was delivered back to you on Friday 21st, but I am still without a replacement. I have sent emails with the tracking and my address for the replacement but I have had nothing back? My order came really quickly but once I unpacked it I found the power cable for the lamp was missing and the lamp sounded like something was loose inside. I raised a ticket with customer services and been 2 days with no response. I was really excited to use it and now really disappointed as I have a whole kit that I can't use. Ticket ref; #78719

I made two orders with mistakes in them and was able to cancel them both and receive a full refund within an hour of contacting the customer service team. The gel polish and uv light I bought are great!

The products are amazing unfortunately although the delivery is marked as delivered I have not received it. I don't seem to be able to get hold of anyone from mylee. Customer service is non existent I just want a refund it's been over a week now and no correspondence.
